These Terms apply to your use of:
• bodyspring.fit
• The Body Spring white-labeled app
• PressEX digital programs, memberships, and training content
• In-person and virtual coaching sessions
• Physical products including PressEX kits and tools

Body Spring LLC (“Body Spring,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is the provider of these services. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY

Must be 18 or older to purchase or participate.

ACCOUNTS

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe. Notify [email protected] of any unauthorized access.

IMPORTANT HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND NON-MEDICAL SERVICE NOTICE

4.1 These services are not physical therapy
Any in-person or online service you receive from Body Spring — including coaching delivered by a licensed physical therapist — is not physical therapy. These services are:
• Wellness coaching
• Movement guidance
• PressEX method instruction
• Body awareness and fascia-focused training

By booking or participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are not receiving physical therapy
• No diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions is being provided
• These services are not a substitute for medical care

4.2 Consult with a medical provider
Speak with your doctor before starting any movement or wellness routine.

4.3 Assumption of risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using PressEX products, tools, exercises, or coaching.

PURCHASES

5.1 Physical products
Title transfers once handed to the shipping carrier.

5.2 Digital programs
Includes courses, memberships, challenges, and other content delivered through our website or app.

5.3 In-person and virtual coaching
These are billed at booking or at the time of service.

REFUND POLICY

6.1 Physical products
PressEX kits have a 90-day money-back guarantee.
Email [email protected] within 90 days of delivery.

Return may be required.

Shipping and third-party fees may be non-refundable.

6.2 Digital programs
All sales are final once access is granted unless a specific guarantee is stated on the checkout page.

6.3 Time-based services
No refunds on:
• In-person coaching
• Virtual coaching
• Classes
• Appointments of any kind

All time purchased or reserved is non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

7.1 Month-to-month
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.

7.2 Cancellation
• Cancel anytime
• Must cancel at least one business day before renewal
• You keep access through the end of the paid period
• No partial-month credits or refunds

7.3 Where to manage
Inside your app account settings or by emailing [email protected].

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Requires 24 hours notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session and payment.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (FOR THE APP)

To keep the experience safe and positive for everyone, all users agree to:
• Be respectful and supportive
• Share experiences without giving medical advice
• Avoid harassment, bullying, or any harmful behavior
• Not post inappropriate or offensive content
• Not promote outside products or services without permission
• Keep discussions related to wellness, movement, and the PressEX method

We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion for violations.

TESTIMONIALS

Experiences vary from person to person. A testimonial does not guarantee similar results for others.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All PressEX materials, videos, graphics, guides, and tools are owned by Body Spring LLC. You receive a personal-use license only.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.

DISCLAIMER

All services and products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee results or outcomes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Body Spring against claims resulting from your use of products or services.

HIPAA CLARIFICATION

Body Spring LLC is not providing medical treatment or physical therapy through its coaching services or digital programs.
Because no medical services are being delivered:
• HIPAA does not apply to the coaching relationship
• Any information you choose to share is used strictly for wellness and movement-coaching purposes
• We still handle all personal information responsibly, but this relationship is not governed by HIPAA

GOVERNING LAW

Texas law governs these Terms. Disputes must be resolved in a Dallas County court.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
